- Influence of Regional Income and Funds Transfer to Capital Expenditure at County and City South Sumatra in the Year of 2010-2013 Diyah Ayu Puspa Pandini, 2016 (xiv + 50 pages) diyahayu579@gmail.com This study aims to determine the Regional Income and Funds Transfer consisting of General Allocation Fund, Taxes and Natural Resources, partially or simultaneously to the Capital Expenditure in the counties and cities of South Sumatera. This research is a empirical research with a total sample of 9 counties and cities every year. This research is an empirical study with a sample of 9 counties and cities every year. The data used are secondary data reports obtained from the Budget Realization DJPK (Directorate General of Fiscal Balance) South Sumatera. The collected data were analyzed by the method of data analysis is to test classic assumptions. The hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression that the t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Results from this study is that there is no partial significant influence of variable PAD to Capital Expenditure. There is a partial effect of variabel Funds Transfer (DT) to the Capital Expenditure. While variable PAD and Funds Transfer (DT) simultaneously affect the Capital Expenditure.
