Design of conducted by the author in completing this final report is in the form of an design of the accounting information system for payroll.The purpose of writing this final report are for manual payroll system used on the company PT LadangMakmur and designing a computer-based payroll accounting system is feasible and appropriate to apply to companies PT LadangMakmur.Documents used in the company is still incomplete due to the lack of evidence supporting the Cash Out to cash out as proof of payment for the company's payroll PT LadangMakmur. Writer design some computerized documents to PT Makmur field that has been designed with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Visual Basic 6. The author will give an illustration of the application to describe the design of accounting information system has been created.
