- In the marketing department of companies still use manual way in sales and property payments. This causes difficulties prospective buyers to make a reservation and payment of the property they will buy. There are no data records automatically on consumer data, ordering data and transaction data that makes the job of the marketing department becomes easier. Prospective buyers who will make a reservation are required to come directly to the company. It is certainly difficult for prospective buyers who would purchase the property. So the marketing department needs a system specialized in the sale and payment can make the job of the marketing department and the prospective buyers who purchase a property becomes easier. The research methods used were interviews and observation. Making this information system using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This information system is expected to help the marketing department employee performance and potential buyers in the sales process and payments on PT Raja Kapitan Jaya.
