- The purpose of writing this final report is to make an Application Data Processing in Engineering Service at PT Prima Persada Nusantara Branch Office Palembang. The methods of collecting data used was primary data in the form of interviews and observations, also secondary data in the form of documentation. While the analysis of the system development using the waterfall method. This application was built using Visual Studio 12 and the MySQL database. The results obtained in this report are the applications that display some form for employees, especially the administration of PT Prima Persada Nusantara Branch Office Palembang like Form Login, Form Main Menu consists of Form Input Data Services Disruption , Form Input Feeders Data , Form Input Inspection Data, Form Input Maintenance Data, Form Input Target and report some data that needed.
