- The purpose of the practical work is to create an Application Inventory Data Processing Products and Medical Devices in Prabumulih Regional General Hospital. Data collection methods used are primary data in the form of observations (observation) and interviews, and secondary data such as literature, books, articles, theories, papers and other reference materials related to the preparation of this practical work. The application development using the programming language based on Visual Studio 2010 and the MySQL database. Model development of the system applied in this application is the waterfall model that provides software approach life forms, sequentially or sequences ranging from analysis, deasin, coding, testing and maintenance. This application contains a menu list Goods Data, Data Medical Equipment, Data Request for Goods, Medical Devices Demand Data, Data Export of Goods, and Medical Devices Expenditure Data.
