In making the biobriquette always do carbonization of biomass which aims to increase the calorific value, but this carbonization process will consume energy because must burn with a high temperature. In addressing this research biomass fuel manufacture without carbonization. This study aims to produce biomass fuel without carbonization process biomass quality best quality at various concentration starch adhesive which is 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%. To strengthen its calorific value do mixing biomass fuel additional materials such as used cooking oil. The results showed that biomass fuel without additional cooking oil carbonization with 30% and 20% adhesives have optimal results with a calorific value of 4891 cal / g, 10.3% moisture content, ash content of 6.9% and volatile matter content of 71.12 %.
