Clean water distribution pipelines are designed using calculation Manning-Gauckler-Strickler. To calculate the population projections next 20 years, used Requesi Exponential Method. From the results of these calculations obtained the required amount of water at Kelurahan Bukit Sangkal, then performed calculations on each element discharge pipelines by using Hardy Cross. From these calculations obtained Q the plan age total namely 141,2509 liters/second to 2015-2035. In the designing of clean water distribution pipeline, the type of pipe is planned that type of PVC pipe with a diameter of 110 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm and 315 mm. Other than that, for water distribution throughout the region met to plan the required reservoir volume of 3030.678 m3 with budget-estimate plan as big as Rp. 2,130,000,000.00 with 127 day work time.
