- The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of current ratio, net profit margin and price to book value to stock price on the mining companies listed at Indonesian stock exchange 2011-2014 period either parsially or simultaneously. The population used in the research was 41 companies. The samples were 14 companies. Data collection techniques used in this research is a non-participant observation techniques. The data used in this research is secondary data of companies’ financial statement . Data analysis technique used in this research were descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and statistic test (hypothesis test). Based on the test result, it can be concluded partially that Current Ratio has no influence on stock price. Net Profit Margin and Price to Book Value significantly have positive effect on stock price. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Price to Book Value have positive effect on stock price. the ability of the three variables can only affect stock prices by 55.7% and the rest influenced by other factors are not included in this research was 44.35%.
