- The background of this Final Report by the budget to support the company's activities in PT Finansia Multifinance (Credit Plus) Branch Prabumulih. As for the theory of budgeting that is used for the preparation of the budget for the company is using three methods: the method of least squares, squares method, and the method of moment. The purpose of making this final report to find out how the budget is right for the company. In completing the final report writer take the data from PT Finansia Multifinance (Credit Plus) Branch Prabumulih through library research, observation, and interviews directly to the company in the form of the company's sales budget data for the years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. From the analysis author, company Top Down method in determining the budget of companies in which the budget process is set by the employer without the involvement of subordinates. The author also found the problem, the company has not made the proper technique in determining the budget of the company's sales. From the analysis of the author, the least squares method is the method that most closely realization of the budget.
