And problems which occurred in the village of Mr. Potato is the lack of water distribution that causes people unable to perform everyday activities smoothly. Thus it is necessary to do a review of residents' demand for the achievement of the need for clean water. Planning clean water distribution pipelines in the village Mr. Chips using HDPE pipe with a diameter of 200 mm, 160 mm, 110 mm, 90 mm and 63 mm.
