  • The title of this final report is design of learning tool clutch hydraulic systemforhelp the learning process in the system oflecturerteaching, also help the people to more clearly understanding the working of the hydraulic clutch. The tool works using the resources of the electric motor that drives the spindle as a substitute for the crankshaft to rotate the clutch. Electric current flowing drive an electric motor rotating pulley and belt.Which is connected between the electric motor to the spindle.Furthermore, rotation is transmitted to the clutch. After pressing the pedal, master cylinder pressure will push the diaphragm spring and clutch in the disengaged position. The process of making this learning tool coupling using machining processes is among others like lathe machine, drilling machines, electric welding and also assisted with other work tools.The time needed to complete the machine is ± 613.75 minutes or 6 days.This tool there are still deficiencies, therefore, expected that the innovation to develop this machine becomes better again.
