- The purpose of this final report done on Kemplang Ceke Awa Palembang. The report is titled "the influence of the quality of the product and the price Decline of the sales Kemplang Cek Awa Palembang", the purpose of this research was to know to know is there any influence product quality and price against the drop in sales on Kemplang Cek Awa Palembang. The data in this study were obtained by means of disseminating a questionnaire to 30 consumers Kemplang Cek Awa and in analyzing the data, the authors use Likert Roscoe and to know is there any influence product quality and pricing kemplang sales decline a cek awa. Calculation of results the obtained data analysis the presence of the influence of the quality of the product and the price decline sales of kemplang, i.e. the form of the design of the kemplang less attractive of 98 and a price of 106 is located on the area.
