Automation Tools Limit Air Charging using ATmega16 microcontroller as an interface and a PC as a means to display the output in the form of information about the value of pressure. As for the existing problems in the design and manufacture of these tools is how to fill the air on a motorcycle tire automatically. A design tool that is able to read the initial pressure of air using the pressure sensor, and sends the data to the microcontroller. The workings of a tool that is when the pressure sensor to measure the amount of air in the tires in accordance with a predetermined mode, the microcontroller will forward the amount of such pressure to the PC for display in graphical form using Visual Basic. If the air pressure in the tires is less than the limit of charging, the microcontroller will run a program to condition the relay is on. When the relay has been in a condition on, the compressor will start charging, which changes the pressure in the tire will be displayed graphically on a PC. If the graph has shown the charging limit, the microcontroller will run a program to condition the relay in the off state, so komproser stop charging the air.
