- Each operation three phase induction motor is used as a driver will experience a change of torque, the torque generated changes will affect the output power and efficiency of the motor. This final report calculates efficiency three-phase induction motor used as the driving cable reel. The calculation is performed through PT.Bukit Asam Study cases in Tanjung Enim. To determine the torque changes that occur in 3-phase induction motor based on the ground that a change oberservasi maximum torque of 41.1 Nm and obtained the power output of 3227 watt induction motor when the torque decreases at 36.2 Nm torque obtained output power of 2463 watts, the torque changes resulted changes in the efficiency of the motor induksi 3 phase at the time of torque that occurs at 41.1 Nm efficiency induction motor by 70% and when the torque decreased 36,2 happens then the efficiency by 50%
