- The title of this final report is Determine Product Combination to Get The Minimum Production Cost (using Linear Program Simplex Method) at Tahu Pong Enggal Jaya Factory in Palembang. The objectives of this study are to know how many product combination that should be produced to reach the minimum production cost and whether the use of production cost by tahu pong enggal jaya factory has been minimum cost. The writer collected the data through interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed by use quantitive method, Linear Programming Simplex Method. The writer also used qualitative method to describe the analizing of quantitative method. The results show that the number of product combination which has been produced by tahu pong enggal jaya factory is good. It can be shown by the average production of tahu pong in 6.500 pieces and then tahu goreng padat in 3.500 pieces in a day. Its mean that, the use of production cost to produce both of them has been minimum that is Rp 3.331.588 in a day.
