  • The title of this final report is " Student Satisfication of Service Quality In LPBI Brotherhood English Course (BEC) Palembang. The purpose of this report is to determine how the customer satisfication level effects through the quality service of Brotherhood English Course (BEC) Palembang. To achieve these objectives, the writer used data collecting techniques such as observations, questionnaires and interviews. For data processing, it can be found that the level of customer satisfication through the service quality at Brotherhood English Course (BEC) Palembang is good toward the customer which can be seen from the costumer satisfaction index on service quality variable such as tangible 79,04%, reliability 80,80%, responsiveness 79,65%, emphaty 79,82% and assurance 84,36%.
