  • The purposes of this final report is to know the analysis of wages on job satisfaction to the employee which not officially confirmed in Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. The writer used interview, observation and questionnaires in the collecting data methods. Questionnaires was given to 22 (twenty two) employee which not officially confirmed in Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. The data were analyzed by using percentage system, scoring interpretation. From the questionnaires result, the writer conclude that the wage given by Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan had not fulfill the minimum wages of south sumatera province. Beside that the wage given by BAPPEDA is not appropriate and fair. So that, it’s better if Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan gives the appropriated wage which compliance with minimum wage standard of south sumatera province, and compliance with appropriate and fair, in order to improve job satisfaction employee which not officially confirmed so this will be an impact on the followers performance of employees which not officially confirmed.
