Before knowing as acetylene gas utilization, hydrogen is flammable gas that used in welding process. One of the technologies in gas welding is welding technology oxy hydrogen, this weld uses pure hydrogen fuel and assisted by oxygen. This research aims to develop welding with hydrogen fuel taken from the electrolysis process with a catalyst (KOH). This experiment will utilize the result of hydrogen gas as fuel flame welding directly. Variations in the concentration are 1 M, 1.25 M, 1.50 M and it uses aluminum, zinc and iron as welding applications. From the research, concentration is very influential on the temperature, length of flame, and the depth of cuts. The optimum of fire length based on the results of the research is 16.2 cm on aluminum metal and the concentration of 1.25 M. Temperature increases as the magnitude of the concentrations used. The highest temperature is owned by Iron, 875.2 &#xB0; C. Iron has the most good of length flame that is 292.4 second. The nicest cutting is owned by zinc by 3.1 cm.
