  • The purpose of this final report is to knowing how to optimize the promotion in PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat. The data used in this research are obtained by using interview and library research. The analysis method in this research using qualitative descriptive method. This report focuses on promotional activities that exist in PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat by using brochures and personal selling. There are things that are not accordance with the theory which are the purpose of advertising is informative advertising, uncreative brochures and it’s not accordance with the size of sales force based on the calculation of the existing workload in PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat. The writer suggest so that promotional activities can be optimized if set the purpose of advertising based on persuasive advertising, brochures design more interesting and creative and for the size of sales, the company should ideally have 11 personal selling in accordance with the calculation of the workload in conducting promotional activities.
