- The title of this final report is Review of Implementation Promotion Mix at Cindo Craft Palembang. The purpose of this research is to know the promotion mix that were applied by this company been good or not yet and to know the good efforts that should be done by them in applying promotion mix. The research was done at Cindo Craft Palembang which located on Jalan Putri Kembang Dadar II No. 14C Rt 52 Bukit Lama Palembang. The author gets the data from interviews and documentation. The methods to analyze the data is qualitative method. The result of this research showed that to promotional activities, this company only used publicity in newspaper, promotion with social media, and joined in exhibition. But, it have not been able to make them to achieve sales targets. Based on the conclusion, the author suggest this company uses personal selling with use helping salesperson to get a active sale and can use advertisement such as banner and brochure to introduce their product to consumer.
