- The purpose of this final report is to find out effect of financial compensation to employees’ job satisfaction in Distro and Butik Termurah Palembang. The problem which is found by the writer is how effect of financial compensation to employees’ job satisfaction in Distro and Butik Termurah Palembang and what kind of financial compensation is the most influence factor to employees’ job satisfaction in Distro and Butik Termurah Palembang. For the data collection method, the writer uses interview, questionnaire and analyzed them by using likert scale. The result and conclusion of the data processing and analysis is the financial compensation in this company is already good, so that influences to the level of employees’ job satisfaction and the result of employees’ job satisfaction in this company is good too. The average value of salary variable is 69.66% and the average value of bonus variable is 78.33%. So, bonus is the kind of financial compensation which is the most influence factor to employees’ job satisfaction in Distro and Butik Termurah Palembang. The writer suggests the company should use shift system for their employees because it can make the employees become more productive and loyal
