  • The final report entitled " The Analysis of Sales Forecasting a Crude Palm Oil (CPO) At PT Laras Astra Kartika". The purpose of this report were to know sales forecasting a Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT Laras Astra Kartika. The data was used in this study was through interview method. Data Analysis Techniques were used in this study were through qualitative analysis where the qualitative analysis was used as a tool to give conclusions on the data and the information obtained which are obtained by the writer through observations using forecasting at PT Laras Astra Kartika and also this study used quantitative analysis where quantitative analysis used a time series to forecast sales in the future by using a least squares analysis. Problems or obstacles declined sales at PT Laras Astra Kartika were due to several factors. The suggestions to avoid or minimize the decline in sales at PT Laras Astra Kartika should use internet marketing campaigns to introduce the company and products, and can also identify customers and make a good relationship with the consumer. The company can also make irrigation channels to drain water from the river to the farm so when the dry season or the bad weather, the company can still planting without having to wait for the rainy season
