- The tittle of this final report is Application Of Coorporate Etiquette Toward Employees of Bank Sumsel Babel in Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu PTC Mall Palembang. The purpose of this final report is to determine how far application of coorporate etiquette toward employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu PTC Mall Palembang. The respondent of this final report is employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu PTC Mall Palembang. The author has obtained a supporting data from observation, participant, and questioner which gave to 20 (twenty) respondents who are a employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu PTC Mall Palembang. This Data is processed by likert scale. Based on the information and data which already obtained, so the author makes a conclusion that employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu PTC Mall Palembang have a perception that they are disagree if application of corporate etiquette in Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu already well. Therefore, the author gives some suggestions to Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu PTC Mall Palembang to give a socialization about the orientation of behavior for employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pembantu PTC Mall Palembang in order to get a minimalizm of corporate error.
