  • The title of this final report is “The Efforts to Improve Empoyee Discipline on Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah of South Sumatera Province”. In this final report, problems faced by employess of the company is not yet applying employee discipline according to the rules and efforts in improving work discipline according to the rules has not done well. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of disciplinary regulations work and what efforts have been done by Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah of South Sumatera Province in improving employee discipline. The sample is used for all employees of the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah of South Sumatera Province as much as 53 respondents. The analysis technique used consist of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis by using data processing in the form of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis by using data processing in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the questionnaire data processing show that the indicator discipline with a score of 70,90%, It shows that employee has not complied with work discipline on Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah of Sumatera Province. Employee discipline is in the high-scale interpretation. There are many employees did not comply with regulations institution cause work activities in Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah of Sumatera Province is not going well. Punishment is one way to solve the problem of lack discipline. The leader firmly can lead to employees comply with existing regulations. As for the giving reward can make an employe more diligent and discipline.
