aesthetic value of office layout in the Administration and General PT PLN
(Persero) P3B Sumatra UPB Sumbagsel. The data collected techniques were used
that observation and literature study. This study also obtained by distributing
questionnaires to 10 respondents or employees of PT PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatra
UPB Sumbagsel, is calculated using the interpretation of the score. The results of
this study indicate that the arrangement of office layout and aesthetic value of the
layout ADMUM PT PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatra UPB Sumbagsel classified as
less good. The response of the respondents stated that the distance between the
table relatively distant, irregular work flow and poor spatial planning. The office
layout ADMUM should be repaired again. For a fixed spatial arrangement such
as the distance between the table that has been set according to the guidelines of
spatial planning techniques using a minimum distance of 80 cm, the current focus
of work is sorted according to the workflow. For aesthetic value, so as not to
make a bad scene became necessary placement of the kitchen equipment is placed
in the corner of the room by using a bulkhead and for office equipment that is
placed in the middle of the room, placed close to the employees who use them
