- The Final Report is created for the purpose of determining the function of training in improving security role in security environment area of PT Pusri Palembang. The data that use are security role and training data at Security Department of PT Pusri Palembang. The method use are descriptive qualitative with interview and descriptive quantitative analysis using likert scale formula from the questionnaire. The results show that the training improve security role in securing corporate environment. The calculation of interpretation score of likert scale; the training earn a percentage of 84,70% security of corporate environment 87,12% and security role get percentage of 82,72%. The values shows that very high categories.
