- The title of this report is Role of the Training in Improving Employees Performance in Planning Division of PDAM Tirta Musi Rambutan. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of training in improving employees performance in planning division of PDAM Tirta Musi Rambutan, which located on Jl. Rambutan Ujung No. 1 Bukit Besar Palembang. Through this research, the author wants to know how the role from the training that applied by the employees in improving the performance. Author get the data from questionnaires, interviews and library research. Based on the trainng that Author’s did that the criteria of training in step of development training program still have deficiency in method of delivery of material. Author recommend that conducted training with method of delivery of material namely “off the Job” to help employees to develop the prowess and decision-making
