- The title of this final report is the promotion strategy to increase the number of customer at Bengkel Pass Palembang. The purpose of this report is to know about what are the strategy used by Bengkel Pass Palembang to increase the number of customer. The writer used interview and library research for the data collection method. Based on the data explanation and the data that already got at Bengkel Pass Palembang since 2011 until 2015, there were only 5 promotion activities based on the calculating the coefficient correlation and the coefficient determination that influence the cost of promotion to the increasing amount of customer, it was only 13.69% mean while the rest was 86.31% come from another factor such as the service to customer, etc. The writer suggest that Bengkel Pass Palembang should do more promotion and should add promotion strategy by using radio and banner and also to recruit staff with marketing skill so the number of the customer will increase.
