- The purpose of this final report is to know the level of job satisfaction on giving direct compensation at operasional part in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palembang and to know which variable give job satisfaction to employee. The sample on this report was employees of operasional part that consisted of 22 person. Data collection techniques used were field studies and literature. The analysis technique used was quantitative and qualitative techniques. Quantitative techniques used were formula Level of Correspondence between satisfaction scores and grades interests. Based on existing data, employees expectations were higher than the performance provided by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palembang. So, the conclusion can be obtained that the employee is not satisfied with the performance of the direct compensation given. The most dominant variable gives satisfaction and to be preserved is the salary variable, while the other variables still to be improved.
