  • Final report aims to find out how the implementation of the grant of financial compensation directly to the employee and to find out how big a role of direct financial compensation in increasing employee motivation in Pengadilan Negeri Palembang. Method of data collection in this research is carried out by means of direct observation, interview and questionnaire in Pengadilan Negeri Palembang. The analysis used was qualitative analysis that use likert scale method and a quantitative analysis using the method of interpretation of the score. The result obtained is the form of the application of the grant financial compensation directly, namely in the form of salary, incentives and allowances have direct financial compensation as well as having a very high roles in improving employee motivation Pengadilan Negeri Palembang. Employee motivation is very importan in resolving the tasks and responsibilities of each employee. Therefore, in the granting of financial compensation directly it should still be noticed as well as employees must have a high work motivatioin in order for works that became the responsibility of the employee can be implemented with good and true.
