- This research aims to know the effectiveness of the OA (Office Automation) Application used for employees of PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang in correspondence management activities. This research data is obtained from the questionnaire and the results of direct observation and interviews with relevant parties. This research using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of questionnaire data is calculated by using interpretation score formula. Based on the results of the calculations that the three instruments which are used to measure the effectiveness, for the instrument of the adaptation results are have quite effective result. However, for the Achievement instruments and Integration instruments are have a below standard, so it can not be said effective. Based on the results of all the instruments from the obtained have a quite effective results about management of correspondence using OA application for employees of PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang. It shows that the instruments which are have not been effective should be improved and for the instrument that is already have a quite effectively result to sustained and can be more improved.
