development to increase the performance of employees at PT Samudra Indonesia
Tbk Palembang. Training was very import to complete their work optimally. The
subject of this report was PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk Palembang, and the object
was HRD. The data collection techniques was used in this final report were by
interviewing wit HRD Manager, several employees and also spreading
questionnaires. This training should be implemented to increase performance of
employees, but there were some problems encountered by employees of PT
Samudera Indonesia Tbk Palembang, such as the difficulty in understanding the
training materials provided. The training method was applied suitable with
employees and the training material still not cover. The whole knowledge of
employees. The suggestion that many be carried out by PT Samudera Indonesia
Tbk Palembang were given training program with employees needed and training
