- VISITORS’ PERCEPTION TOWARDS THE PUBLIC FACILITIES IN BUKIT SIGUNTANG AS ONE OF HERITAGE TOURISM IN PALEMBANG (Vidya Chandra Purnama, 2016, 23 pages, 2 tables) This research focused on visitors’ perception towards the public facilities in Bukit Siguntang as one of heritage tourism in Palembang. The purposes of this study were to know what are the public facilities available in Bukit Siguntang and to know what are visitors’ perception towards the public facilities in Bukit Siguntang. The study used qualitative description method. The data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Based on findings it is found that visitor’s perception towards the public facilities in Bukit Siguntang are incomplete and not in good condition. The writer suggests that Bukit Siguntang should improved the condition of public facilities and the visitor will feel enjoy and comfortable.
