The purposes of this study are to know the visitors&#x2019; satisfaction about the facilities at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Museum and to know about the factors that influence the visitors&#x2019; satisfaction to the facilities of the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Museum.The study used qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and questionnaire. Based on Findings it is found that facilities in SMB II Musuem still need to be repaired and improved.
