- The title of this final report is the The Planning of Office Building of .... and Civil Registry Department of Palembang City. This building planning has land areas 39,75 meters x 40,60 meters and building areas of 1613,85 m2 on Jalan Demang Lebar Daun , No. 4255, Palembang. The purpose of this final report is to plan a building that serves as a office. We plan and calculate the building based on primary data and supporting data. Primary data collected from field observation planning and supporting data which were analyzed using the formula of several books. Basic theory calculations using SNI-03-2748-2002 on Concrete Structures, Reinforced Concrete Structures by Istimawan and Reinforced Concrete Calculation Table by Gideon. The end result of the planning of this building is it uses steel roof construction, concrete structures for beams, columns and sloof, and also we use footing foundations.
