Usaha Musi Palembang. Data which the writer obtain that is from observation and interview at CV. Usaha Musi Palembang. Then the the data analyzed and developed by using existing theory. Pursuant to data which the writer obtain, writer find some problems among other things is: 1. Wight inexistence assess and the standard used in labor capacity assessment 2. Not yet good and the labor capacity assessment form sharpness 3. Less be informed by a process assessment of labor capacity of at employees From analysis which the writer have conduct hence the CV. Usaha Musi Palembang better of before executing assessment of labor capacity have to determine Wight assess and the standard beforehand so that avoid inaccurate value and is not objective, and also inform assessment of labor capacity to employees so that labor can unlimber in face of labor capacity assessment.
