With this wind power plant converts the mechanical energy generated by wind speed collision with a tilt blade , into electrical energy . The stability of the wind determines the value of the power generator and the charging current of storage ( batteries ) .Therefore a changing wind speed and turbine performance optimization that reduces power and output current unstable . Given the importance of a deeper understanding the influence for wind speed of the power generator and the battery charging current in the circuit of this turbine , measurement and testing is needed to determine how much influence the wind against this plant .
