- Village of Talang Semut Palembang is located in the city center as residential areas, social, and economic which annually require clean water for activities of daily life. Data were collected from PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. The author uses primary and secondary data in planning. Primary data retrieved through observation and interviews. Secondary data were analyzed by using the theoretical framework developed from several books like Ir. Martin Dharmasetiawan,Msc (2000), Robert J.Kodoatie, and Syarief Roestam (2005), and etc. Population data used to calculate population for the next 20 years, from the results of these calculations relates to calculate the amount of water demand, which in turn is used to analyzed the pipe network with Hardy Cross method. From the results of calculation of water requirements, water flow will come flowing in Area Talang Semut district Bukit Kecil Palembang for 20 years (2015-2034) with in intake capacity is 115,797 l/s.
