PT National Quality Partner Branch Palembang made data collection by direct observation method, interviews, and documentation. From obtenaible data the writers found several problems. Like in the company the writerstries to give advice that might be useful for the industry, the company should use exact methods of recording merchandise in order to improve future performance of the company
