In this report the author of an analysis based on a theory that there are, by means of a utensil analysis: an analysis of the sources and the use of working capital and analysis working capital requirement. Based on analysis of the writer who has been doing, it can be writer concluded that the management of and the use of working capital Koperasi Karyawan PTBA (KOPKARBARA ) Tanjung Enim had the management sources and the use of working capital which always fluctuates. This is because the expenditure surplus working capital in Koperasi Karyawan PTBA (KOPKARBARA) Tanjung Enim that shows that coorperatives have be able to ,manage their funds with the good. The author suggested that Koperasi Karyawan PTBA (KOPKARBARA) Tanjung Enim continue to maintain the working capital in order to keep it continue to grow
