This research aims to identify and analyze how Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) simultaneously and partially influence to Return On Equity (ROE). The variables used in this study are the Debt to Assets Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) and Net Profit Margin (X3) as independent variables and Return On Equity (Y) as the dependent variable. The data used are secondary data from the financial statement of property and real estate in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) In Year 2010-2013. The analytical method that used is multiple linear regression. The analysis technique used are the description statistic analysis, quality data test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypotheses test. The result of this study indicate that Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) do not simultaneously effect Return On Equity (ROE). Partially, Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) do not effect to Return On Equity (ROE).
