The final report entitled "Effect of Tax Arrears Against Liquefaction Personal Income Tax Revenue In STO Palembang Ilir Barat". The data from the company, the authors obtained by using several research methods such as interviews, analysis and study of literature. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the disbursement of tax arrears affect the Personal Income Tax receipts at the Tax Office Pratama West Ilir Palembang. This study uses secondary data, ie data collected from STO Palembang Ilir Barat. The population in this study are all individual taxpayer listed on STO Palembang Ilir Barat of the Year 2011-2014. The sampling technique used is saturated sample. The study concluded that the disbursement of Tax Arrears in the delivery of SPT does not have significant
