- THE INFLUENCE OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) ON MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE AT PT PERKEBUNAN MITRA OGAN BATURAJA MASELA RINA (xvi + 51 Pages) Email : rinamasela74@gmail.com This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on managerial performance are implemented at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was a employee around 50 people from a total population of 100 people. Data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data obtained and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. This study variables Total Quality Management (TQM), which consists of teamwork subvariabel (X1) and Involvement of employee empowermwnt (X2) as independent variables, as well as managerial performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Simultaneously the results showed that teamwork significant effect on managerial performance, while the involvement has no significant effect on managerial performance. Then partially, both teamwork and Involvement of employee empowermwnt and a significant positive effect on managerial performance.
