ANALISA PELAKSANAAN PENILAIAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV PUTRA KEMBAR PALEMBANG

- This report is titled “Analysis of Performance Appraisal implementation at CV Putra Kembar Palembang”. The research was done at CV Putra Kembar Palembang located at Jalan Soekarno Hatta Palembang. The aim of this report wanted to know about the implementation of the performance appraisal at this company. The data were collected through interview and questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 30 samples. In analyzing the data the authors use qualitative and quantitative data. The data were also analyzed based on the developed by Theories Rachmawati (2008) and Sastro Hadiwiryo (2007). The result of these research shows that the first, the performance appraisal in this company is only formality appraisal and the second, the list of performance assessment in this company has not use elements proposed by Sastro Hadiwiryo (2007). Company should to do with a planned assessment, preparation of the assessment and performance evaluation. It can make the goals of implementation of performance appraisal can be achieved and the performance appraisal of employees at this company can run optimally.
