- This report consists of Storage Systems and Control records in improving administration in finance at PT Sumsel Media Grafika is located at Jalan Alamsyah Ratu Prawira Negara No. 120, RT. 052, RW. 016 Ilir Barat I 30139. PT Sumsel Media Grafika Palembang is one of the print media office in the form of the largest newspaper in South Sumatra. Data in this office authors obtained from activities during the settlement process of the final report, practice, observation, and interviews with employees and staff in the office.Based on this analysis, the author can make the final report and provide an explanation of Storage Systems and Control records in the conduct of administrative activities in the finance department at PT Sumsel Media Grafika Palembang in South Sumatra. Storage and Archive Control systems are very important to help speed up the implementation of all administrative activities effective and efficient,and this problem has not been taken seriously because there are a lot of records that are difficult to be found again with less than 1 minute.
