- The purpose of this research is to know, understand, and learn the importance of goods and services procurement administration at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan. Kinds and source of the data in this research were primer and secondary data. The data collection method was gotten from Goods and Services Procurement Department of PT PLN (Persero) through interview, observation, and library research. The data was analyze through qualitative method. E-Procurement application is able to provide some benefits such as a good procurement process standardization, better transparency and efficiency of procurement, and support the responsibility of procurement process. The obstacles found by this company and vendor in the utilization of this application are extern and intern obstacles such as human resources and obstructed system. The efforts done to solve those problem was provide the hardware back up, altenative providing or another media used to browse, and provide some specific staff to do the procurement process.
