  • The purpose of this final report is to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence of financial compensation in the form of salary and benefits to employees performance at Business Unit Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) TransmusiPT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya (SP2J) Palembang. The research methods used in the preparation of this Final Report using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Determinant Coefficient Analysis and Hypotheses Test thatconsisting of t test and F test. Results of Validity and Reliability Test showed that the size and measuring tools used in the research of this Final Report is valid and reliable. Results of the analysis showed that financial compensation has the effect of 37.2% against the Employee Performance. The test results also show that the variable salary is partially an effect on employee performance, while variable allowances partially no effect on employee performance. While simultaneously or together, variable salary and allowances had an influence on employee performance. It is better to the company should increase the types of benefits paid as overtime allowances that can increase the employees performance more than before. It's as well the company improve the management of the company's compensation and pay attention to other factors beyond the compensation factor that also can improve employee performance
