- The title of this final report is A Review of The Control of Incoming and Outgoing Mail by Using E-Office Application on PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Palembang. The purpose of this final report is to determine how the control prosess incoming and outdgoing mail by using E-Office applications in the company and work units responsible for the use of E-Office applications. This final report writing using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. This method is used to request information that is explained in the form of description. The result of this report the data obtained from interviews and secondary data in the form of handouts description of the manufacturing process incoming and outgoing mail. The conclusion of this report is the process of making incoming and outgoing mail electonically has many benefits in the document flow activity in the company because it is more effective and efficient, but with the use of E-Office application program is necessary also the skills and readniess of employees to deal with change of company management.
