  • The purpose of this research is to the impact of training in the improving performance of an employee at pt telekomunikasi indonesia that runs sudirman palembang .A final report is made to furnish learning in of administration of a business `Politekenik of sriwijaya land palembang .The research was done through interviews , the questionnaire , the literature study and that the sample used in this research as many as 32 respondents , with the method of analysis descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive by using likert scale.
