- The purpose of this research is to the impact of training in the improving performance of an employee at pt telekomunikasi indonesia that runs sudirman palembang .A final report is made to furnish learning in of administration of a business `Politekenik of sriwijaya land palembang .The research was done through interviews , the questionnaire , the literature study and that the sample used in this research as many as 32 respondents , with the method of analysis descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive by using likert scale. Results of a study on the performance of the employee has reached the desired results, but there are some that need to be fixed in a training company hereinafter, firms should better identify employees who need training or not as well as the need for further optimized methods and materials provided to participants so that abilities, skills training participants increased
