- The purpose of this final report is to investigated the benefits of financial compensation of employees’ performance at PT Graha Pusri Medika (RS PUSRI) Palembang. The data were collected through Interview, Observation, Questionnaires and Library Research, then they are analyzed by using that interprestation of the score formulas. The writer found that the financial compensation given by PT Graha Pusri Medika (RS PUSRI) Palembang was not appropriate as expected of employees. The employee said that the salary can't fill the needs of primary or secondary and incentives that given to employees is unfair. If the financial compensation is high, then the performance of employees will also increase, and if the compensation awarded wass small, then the performance will decrease.
